MPI Technical Assistance Mobile Application

My Role: Designer, Developer, Content Writer

This app is used as a tool for a medical packaging device manufacturer's Technical Support department. Customers use the app to troubleshoot their device and find easy step-by-step instructions. The goal was to produce a simple, easy-to-use app for a customer to quickly find solutions.

I designed and developed this app, along with writing the technical content.
